These items sell in the millions, he's offering way too low because he wants to re-sell them and make millions.

If you've got the 2008 one then yes more than 23m would be it's price but you mentioned 2009? Well YoWorld info doesn't get updated as often so you get an indication of how much something is worth but the difference could also be in the millions. My rule of thumb is "never sell at YoWorld info price or below". Yes woman is the 2008 one. Really expensive costume but the girl is the 2010 one and not as expensive. Do you have the full set with the hat? It could sell more along with the hat.
