I just want to let you know there was one in ah last night for 15yc buy out. I was gonna grab it but you seem firm on 650k and I would’ve wanted 750k. Before you started inquiring about it (could also be because it’s close to halloween) I saw this item a couple times a month for 500k or less. Good luck with your search.
