Someone hacked my Animated Binary Wall (VIP item for 2020). Is there any way I can get this sorted - either by refunding item or by giving me the correct money? I have photographic evidence of them saying they hacked me plus pre-transaction and after with my coins not changing. They offered 1m coins. I have chat evidence too.
(I posted this on an old account but this is my account I was hacked on). Is there any way BVG can sort this?
