they are probably a new player. I believe you have to level up to a certain level think 50 and play consecutively for 30 days or something like that before you can trade.

Hi, I joined a few months ago and can verify that you have to be level 50 and play for 35 days before you can trade.

Your level is pretty high and your a supporter unless it's another account for trading. I would send a ticket. I play off and on for yrs and took breaks after new rules about trading were created.

I would send a ticket and they should look at your level and money you spend and fix it for you.

I hope it works out. That really odd.

My sister played for years and then took a break for awhile and now she had to start over completely. Her account is just gone. I cant recall her level but she was a steady player for years. On top of that now she cant trade either??? Is it true she cant trade until she is level 50? That would be crazy!! There are others I know who used to play but I don't see their homes anymore. They were talking about returning but if there accounts are also gone they wont want to deal with what my sister is going thru. My sister should have been compensated to build her account back up but had to start with zero and I wanted to help her but she cant trade. What's this all about? Can you help us?

Any really old players who left before BVG took over the game in 2014 may not have had their account converted so it's gone for good. No way around that. And about 2 years ago BVG put in place a new restriction so that all players must be level 50 and have 35 days since starting before trading. There are also other requirements, but those two are certain. Good luck...

Thank you for the answer! That seems so harsh to make a player reach level 50 and be playing 35 days. Why did they change that? Its impossible to help new players that way. Is there any way around it?

Also, Can you no longer "gift" free gift items from your storage to your friends?

It is kinda harsh. But they felt they had to do it to crack down on coin sellers and such low lifes. They were starting new accounts raising all kinds of hell and so this. But may it pass quickly for your friends. No, no way around it. But a few coin clothing items from the store and leveling up a couple free houses with free furniture and voila!


You can gift free items as long as they are tradeable. Some time early in the game, some bad players did some mischief with free gifts and they locked them down so that you could keep but not trade. There are still a few that escaped the lockdown and can be traded, but those are considered ultra rare and supposedly are worth hundreds of millions of coins. Pa shaw. No such thing, but then I don't make the rules, I just follow them.
