Every restriction on new accounts that have been made apparent has been met. Why can't I trade yet?

... the 35th day would have been yesterday / today depending on what timezone you're in. I would suggest that if you are not able to trade by tomorrow then, submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen. There maybe something else that you haven't met which the Vikings will be able to discuss with you directly.
