That is so nice! I think it was lovely for the two of you to offer but I always feel a little bad accepting gifts when I can just as easily pay for it. I'm willing to go 400k, that's about 60ishK over average auction house price. I'm very interested in purchasing. Let me know if that price sounds fair to you and when you're around, we can meet up
