Desktop app is freezing the PC and won't open have to end task to stop it and sometimes have to reboot PC to end

ok so after looking through the net and pc I found this and i actually and replying on the desktop app, go to the app on the desktop and right-click open find properties and Compatability click and check open with and then scroll down box to the version of windows you have mine is win7 and click apply, i did this and the desktop app opened right away with no problem

I tried to get in on the Ap for over an hour. Finally got in only to be blue-screened AGAIN!!!!! I sent in a ticket. The only way to get in is through the browser on FB. BVG's App is USELESS! Plus we are missing out on all the calendar goodies too. Been having progressively more and more trouble with this app all freaking week. I'm so over Yo at this point and ready to just delete the whole thing. Can't even get in enough to do daily coin runs.....I don't have time everyday to sit for freaking hours trying to just log in.

I'm on Win10 and didn't have any issues until this week. I didn't update Win 10, so it's not that. And if it were the WIN10 update, other things on your computer wouldn't work right either, and others who are not on WIN10 wouldn't be having the exact same problems. This is a BVG issue, plain and simple, and they need to fix it!

Read Terri Simpson's instructions above It worked for me I got right in!!! Right click desktop app icon >properties> compatability and select your system Mine was Win 7 . Why isn't this information being spread by Big Viking????????? I will spread the word.

when i looked it only gives options of windows vista, 7 and 8 ... im on 10 so its not going to help me. im surprised vista is on there cos i was using vista long after it wasn't supported anymore but then it stopped loading the internet years ago. my app works fine, apart from the usual lag crap because of our inventories, until i have to do a windows update or clear cache etc. then it takes ages to be able to put my email etc. in again and load it. it happens every single time
