I keep getting grey screen or being kicked out and told to reload several times, can't send in help ticket because the game is just frozen. When I do get in it takes 10min to empty a room and then save it. This issue gets brought up over and over in yo world discussions and I have yet to see BVG address it. Sometimes when you go in and pull up daily offerings, it just freezes and you can;t purchase anything. It is very upsetting when you go to general discussions and other players blame it on your computer or something you are doing while BVG does nothing. The other day there were five open threads about these complaints and ppl were being told by other players to clear their cache or use something other than chrome, I use chrome and firefox with no luck. Same issues, you are making certain players having these issues while others don;t like we like nothing more to do than complain when you have to be aware that these issues are on going. Come on and make a general statement at least that you are aware of these problems and you are working on them, instead of making players like me feel like we are somehow less than because we are doing something wrong when it is the game that is not working:grr
