I can't get the new GEM game to open. I tried on 2 computers MAC OS Monterey and MAC OS Catalina.

Also STILL CAN'T SEND GIFTS. Partial lists will send or none at all. This has been going on for a few weeks.

I also cannot open the first chest in new gem game. It took me a few refreshes just to be able to get the free room, but finally got it. :eh:

I can't start the gem game either. I can't send gifts and I can't start the gem game. Knock knock knock... anyone home?? Does anyone work here at all? Does anyone read these? The game is not working properly. Is it possible that you could have someone fix these issues. Hello??? Customer service?? I've spent lots of money on this game and it's not working.... Hello??? After seeing all the posts I don't think anyone can. Shocker....something not working in YoWorld. They still haven't fixed or even acknowledged the gifting issue either.

I'm wondering exactly who's working there as well. FYI they are also having issues with the FishWorld game.

Hey guys, this issue has been reported and the Vikings are currently working to resolve the chest issue.

Re the gifting gifts issue:
