Cleared my Cache, logged out of facebook and logged back in. Tried the YoApp AND 2 different browsers.
I sent in a ticket.

I'm having the same issue. Can't buy today's yocash deal. error message says "sorry this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later." o_o

It seems to be working now. I clicked help, contact us and sent the issue and a screen shot of the issue and now it's working Yay! :D

I sent ticket also, but mine is still not working.
Maybe since I see a Maint Warning now, it will be fixed. :idea:

Hopefully, the recent game wide refresh will have fixed this issue, for those who were unable to purchase the Player Appreciation Deal. However if you are still encountering problems, and you have cleared your browser cache, please do submit a ticket, using the Help Tab over your game screen so that the Vikings can investigate and resolve this issue for you.
