watching the videos is not working properly many of them glitched thanks

Hey April, are you able to report the glitched ads with the report button that appears on the top of the ads. That will help identify which ads are messed up.

I've tried reporting it... but always says "This feature is unavailable" then show no video's available....

Oh, and I should mention... I can't submit a ticket... that is unavailble to me aswell... and has been since atleast January...

Hey uXu... sorry to read that you haven't been able to send a ticket or report the ads.

Are you playing on the Desktop App or thru browser? And do you encounter the same problem on either platform?

I would suggest you send an email to the support team using :[email protected] with your PID (numbers beside your name on the forum), specifications of your computers, and provide details of what you have been experiencing since January :hug:
