When I enter a room for a gem challenge i submit it when I finish decorating, I get the pop up stating I successfully entered my room, and then the following two days I vote. When the voting is over it says that I did not enter the challenge and I do not get any gems.Why is the game showing that I didn't enter a gem challenge when it's over, yet confirms that I DID enter it successfully when I submit my rooms??? This has happened to me on numerous occasions and I have not gotten my gems that I should have gotten. This is so frustrating. What happens to the items that I use to decorate these rooms with? What can I do to stop this from happening?
