Cannot go to factory. Come on!!!!!! Am I doing something wrong??????

It's not you for sure. It's been happening to me for days now. Pop ups saying connecting server BS and firewall BS...Seems only thing that works is the damn pop-ups

I'm having issues with it too! I can't go to any events or use any teleports without it telling me that there is a firewall issue..

Recently in the last week, I am having issues -very delayed loading and very slow moving from room to room and when I gift and try to delete an item that I didnt mean to send, I click to put it back in inventory-- I will instantly freeze up for awhile before straightens out--long periods of time. A few times it has done it. Taking a lot longer to do things I have always done--I have great high speed service- I purchased avg scans upgrades tools recently and extras to clean my computer to see if it was a virus something- cleaned deep scans cleaned caches on Yoworld and my browser - fixed some errors that are typical I thought It would all do the trick but I am still experiencing very slow loadings and freezing only on YoWorld it seems. I know they may suggest ---or have suggest in the past --to try other browsers as it may help work it out play better -- I have done that and it never was the issue for me at that time----but it may help if maybe to try another browser ---see if any difference? If it straightens out- maybe worth a try. Something has changed for me in the last week week and half on Yoworld --I dont know is wrong--- trading is horrible 6+ times as long to trade it takes - no exaggeration. Much freeze and delays moving around place to places. I hope it all gets resolved-- as I can only conclude now it seems it is a Yoworld- not my computer. Ive asked around - others said no it was not just me taking longer to do things. Best of luck to you all!

It's a known and reported issue guys which is currently being investigated as a priority.

I've lost out on challenge events because I get it finished but it wont click to FINISH. constantly starting over to the point that i quit the challenge before its completed. I missed out on all of Decembers event challenges because I'd get started then it would freeze and i go do something else come back and start over just for it to freeze again or then i miss out entirely. very frustrating.. I'M running

both play the same way, about 30 minutes into the game i have to refresh, you were asking when and where these actions take place with me i try to stay put AT HOME; When i open the clothing store to change outfits, it will take a long time to open each selection, it did not open today. DID NOT OPEN any of my inventory. BUT when i decorated today my inventory just kept spinning, but when i grab an item place it in the room it was the item i wanted and if it wasn't i just place it back inventory. that part worked but if i open the furniture store the items just kept spinning, same with all the stores. just kept spinning, hard to make a selection from that point of view. it was just luck that i purchased the right items from the store to finish my rooms. I haven't been in auction house. last time i was there the items in auction were on display. i have to put my bid in by hand, but you could see those items. EVERYTHING else just SPINS...in my inventory. SPIN SPIN SPIN makes it hard to auction off anything.
hopefully you'll get this glitch figured out and we can be our ole self again soon...

Same here,,I cant go to other players homes,,I cant go to events,,nothing,,Im a VIP and spend good money to play..If thos keeps up i will end my membership...this is nuts,,
