Hey guys, I have just tried this and I was able to do it. So I am confused as to what is going wrong with this feature for y'all. I was using the desktop app, if that makes a difference to what you're using. If clearing your cache and cookies has not resolved this issue for you, the only way to get help with this, is by submitting a ticket using the in-game help button.
