Anyone else have this problem?

You buy a new "avenue" with four connections.
You can connect two of the connections. Then, when you try to connect the other two, the selection screen comes up BLANK.
I've reported this problem to the "Help/Contact Us" center, but they never fix it.

I was able to attach a 3rd connection so I'm puzzled why this is not working for you. The only way to get help with this issue is with the player support team via the Help Button. I can only suggest that you submit a follow up ticket explaining that this is still an issue for you.
