I finally was able to get into event , enter ( It took several times to refresh and start again . ) I win the hair bundle ... poof it is not in my inventory . No auto answer from bvg even . So sad watching the game go down hill while all the cool stuff is real cash . I want my hairs ! I want my game to actually work - not be a daily sales flyer .

Just to let you know that this issue has been reported and is being fixed.
Please check your inventory to see if the hairs have been credited and if they are still missing, could you please submit a ticket using the in-game help button so the Vikings can identify your account as one that still needs the hairs.
