The videos for coins and YC aren't working tonight. I either get a video that won't work and I report it or a blank page comes up or it says I have no more videos left. I was able to run 4 or 5 videos but that's it. I'm losing out on the 1YC and double coins. It was messed up last week as well for a day also on the double coins day (Tues.) and missed out. Here's another day that I'm missing out on double coins. It's not right. The price of items in game keep going up, more and more items are YC, while there are more and more glitches in game that aren't resolved. This one in losing double coins. Please fix it already. We've all noticed what's going on and it's not good. Ty.

The video's haven't worked for me in more than a year... Support has yet to answer even 1 report about it from me....

Yup...

Either I get a IFRC.org donation 'ad' that can't be claimed or a blank page with just report problem at top.

Ads are dependant on location and are not something that the Vikings have control over. If you are not getting ads, it might be an idea to clear your cache and log back in to the game.

You can also submit a ticket to the Player Support Team and see if there is any other help that can be offered.

I'm sorry....

But an 'ad' one can't claim, is not a cache or location issue... nor is a blank page or a 'ghosted out' tv icon..

Ads seem to be working as normal today without having cleared cache etc.

The end of April will be 1 year since ads have not worked for me... Clearing your cache doesn't work for everything... like clearing it to see ads...

Still waiting to get even 1 reply from support... I send a report and all I get is crickets.... it's like the days of Zynga... no support.. or very little...

Hey uXu, sorry to read about your experience with the Player Support Team. They send out an auto-acknowledgment to every ticket submitted, so this makes me wonder, whether their response to your previous ticket/s, may have landed in your spam/ junk inbox. Might be an idea to check this out.

I agree that clearing the cache doesn't fix all problems, but it does clear out any data that might be causing an error to occur and ensures that your connection to the game server is using the most updated data. That is why the first thing to do when encountering issues in game, is to clear your browser cache.

As you have not been able to access Ads for nearly a year, I would definitely suggest that you submit a ticket again and let a Fix-It Viking look into your account and see what is going wrong.
If you can confirm that you have sent a ticket (when you do, by PM me) I can flag this with the team.

Received auto-responses, well sure did.... many, many, many ,many...... then crickets... never hear anything from anyone again.... not even another generic auto-response... and no... nothing goes to my junk inbox.. never has, never will...and it would be really odd since when Zynga owned YoVille I seen everything... but not since a change of hands...

As I said, it's coming up to a year now, so what would be the point to submitting another ticket? If they haven't answered any of of them by now, I really don't think they'll answer any I send now... or in the future (IF I were to bother sending any more)... so what's the point..
