The current Storylines chapter is saying that I need to do the Gem event hang out to complete the chapter. This is my 2nd day on this particular chapter....did the hang out yesterday and today...but storylines is not acknowledging the hang out

Welcome to the Forums Elaine.

Have you checked whether the storyline chapter is requiring a decorating Gem event? as the one yesterday and today is the fashion one so it wouldn't register in those circumstances.

Okay, and you have completed the gem event's hang out... such as go to alton towers and do the required action with x number of buddies etc?

If you have and the storyline still does not register, please try clearing your browser cache and retrying the steps.

I'm not sure if this issue is related to the other glitches that is currently going in game, but as it is still not working, after clearing your cache, you will have to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen ) to let the Player Support Team take a look into your account and see what is going on.

Are you able to take a ss of the Story line chapter and post it here.

It says Hang Out Bonus. That means the hangout when extra gems are earned by completing the bonus task (requires buddies).
