I have neck and other spinal issues but the last 2 events I had to click no fewer than 30 times before it was accepted. This is NOT acceptable to me and causes a lot of pain from clicking so much!
I should spend my REAL money on a game that is now painful?

I was unable to access the game yesterday with only the ability to "visit the room" and the same today...

Those are issues that the Player Support Team will need have a proper look at. Could you both (Opposite and Stella), please use the help tab to submit a ticket to the Support Team so that they can investigate what is going on with your access to the gem event.
