Hello, I need help.
EXCLUSIVE gate is not in the house :wailing:

Bought the Heavenly Stairway HF2022 house on June 6, 2022 but the gate is not in the house nor did it appear in my inventory. :?:

Who can solve the problem, and send the gate? :eh:

Any chance of it being today? Pls

Hey Aconim, when did you buy the HF2022 house? Was it today?
If yes, then it looks like the timer for it has expired.

If you feel that you bought it whilst the time was live, then please submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) to the Player Support Team and they will resolve this issue for you.

I don't know how to put pictures here, but here it still appears that the promotion to buy the house and win the gate, inspires in 1 day and 1 hour... :silly:

Hey Aconim, no the pop up will show the ability to buy the house still for another day, but if you look under the gate it will say *Time's UP* which means the deal for the gate has expired.

There was an email sent out giving fans a free stairway, but the link never worked...I reported it and crickets...too late now...The next freebie also came with a broken link. What's the point of an enticing email giving you stuff, thinking, wow, that's nice...and then nada...

I bought it before the word's Time's Up were on it. I wish I had taken a picture, but when they answered the report, they said the time was up. There's is no timer at all for the bonus, only for the house. How is anyone to know how long is left on the bonus? They don't honor any of their mistakes anymore, it seems.
