I spent $160 yc and never saw a rare hair. That is 18 hairs and no rares. I've never ever had this happen to me before and I have been with Yo since 2009. Please look into this glitch. Oh, I spoke with 2 other people who had the same problems. All regular hairs and no rares. Please fix this as soon as possible. :wailing: :wailing:
