I did all 3 things for Chapter 1 of Fun in the Sun last night (placed decor item in room....purchased theme clothing....put on the clothing)....and storyline is not acknowledging the things

Hey Elaine, welcome to the forums :hug:

With respect to the storyline, please ensure you are purchasing, wearing and placing items from the SG2022 theme (Singapore) not the current theme Shipping Container one (SC2022). Using the SG2022 items will satisfy the requirements allowing you to close those chapters.

yes....sg2022.....modern Singapore
first put lots of themed items into a room, and when it wouldn't acknowledge, thought maybe it was because it was more than one item....so....went to an empty room and put only 1....but...nope

I was having the same issues....totally understand!!...I have to change formats so often to do many of the tasks in Yo...Sometimes going in through the web instead of the App will do the trick...might have to RF like 5 times though. Soooooooo time consuming but that is just the way I have found a way to do them.

Well that is weird. :eh:

The only other thing I can suggest, is to try clearing your browser cache and reload the game. And then try the storyline again.

If that doesn't fix it, you will have to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can have a look at this for you. Use the help tab above the game screen to submit your ticket and explain the issues that you are having. :hug:

I had been trying in the browser. The next time I used the desktop game, it cooperated
Now my only storyline issue is that I am out of storyline. lol
