I tried to log in different browser and I cant log in for 45 minutes. Is there a bug or server down?

There isn't a game wide server issue currently. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and rebooting your device.

If you are still having an issue can you please email the Player Support Team using: [email protected] and provide as much information ( your device specs and any error messages) as you can, also please remember to include your player ID (which is the number beside your name).
