I have had trouble getting grey-screened for many many months now. I have been unable to decorate, or join friends at events as I can only play the game at 2 - 7min intervals before being hit with a grey screen and having to refresh. Issue is the same no matter if I use app or browser.

Any way to fix this? Really miss being able to create rooms and houses!

Hey Hay404 - sorry to read about the performance issues you are continuing to experience. The issue with grey screen is a known one and currently still being investigated by the Fix-It Vikings. However the frequency in which you are experiencing it seems particularly extreme.

You will need to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) so that the Vikings can look into your account and investigate why this is happening. It would be helpful to the team if you could include your device / computer specifications, on which you are accessing the game.
