already reported the Wedding ones and still not fixed. now noticed the current vaulting theme has 3 items moved to the YoDepot which have the theme code missing! Wedding NPCS are SW2017 ... the 3 Flowers are FW2018

Hey Theresa, the best way to get issues like this resolved, is to submit a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) notifying the team about it directly.

I will flag this up with the team, however a ticket will be requested to be sent, so that it can be looked into and resolved.

Please send in a ticket reporting this issue.

i have other glitches to report as well like the vaulting sink item that won't place in a room and a couple other things including being charged full price for a vault item that wasn't discounted. do i have to do a separate ticket for each of these items? we were always told not to do another ticket as it delays the first one you've put in. its gonna get confusing if i list say 4 different glitches on one ticket plus only room for 2 screenshots... or do i submit several tickets at the same time?

If you were to make it clear in your subject title that it is X number of glitches / bugs being reported, then that shouldn't be a problem with each bug being reported.

However the bug report option does ask that you set out what is going wrong with the item / bug that you are reporting, so it might get convoluted if you do a number of reports in just one ticket.

Personally, I would do a different ticket for each bug report. That way the ticket can be forwarded to the respective Fix-It Viking / team to be investigated and resolved.

The advice / guidance about multiple tickets is in regards to making numerous tickets about the SAME issue. It does not apply to different issues. Just be sure to make it clear what issue is being reported in the subject title.
