the Milk Carton Sink FW2018 can't be viewed when clicking on it in store. whenever this happens it means the item cannot be placed in a room. i did try it and nope it doesn't place it just stays in that white box

its not just my account, this will affect everyone as that particular item is glitching. before i replied i just tried from my daughters account and you can't see it in store, just a blank room when you click to view

If the Vikings are not able to replicate it themselves, your report will allow them to check how this issue is appearing in your account and look at what might be causing it. Hence the request for tickets to be submitted.

I have one in use in a room....I went to the room and it isn't there now:o and its not in my inventory ..where did it go?..ok so i went back to in use tab..added back to inventory i can see it now..tried to put it back in the bathroom..doesnt budge...sigh

yeah this glitch is so annoying and don't know why it continues to happen on odd items. we had a daily pop-up recently and when you clicked to view the item it wasn't showing. i knew straight away it was this glitch. checked AH and again you can't click to view. i bought the item cheap from AH probably because of the glitch and as i thought it wouldn't place in your room. they do fix them when they are reported but don't know why they can't sort out whatever it is which causes it so it doesn't happen in the future

That sucks...wonder how many other items do this...guess i'll find out when I start decorating my places...Thanks for posting about it

The Standable Cyan Neon Bus Stop NF2022 and FREE Brown Cactus Bench CC2016 are broken too. They said cleared cache and update Chrome. It doesn't work on any computer in our house and doesn't work on my husband's account either. Can't place the Bus Stop from store and invisible to see in auction house. Hope they fix items that broke during their major system crash. I did put in ticket and they sent long instructions that did not work and say they can't recreate it and all is fine on their computer. So we wait since it is not our laptops that need fixing. Hope they figure it out.

yeah im guessing several old items are like this. guess we will come across them whilst themes are vaulting too

no amount of updates or clearing cache will correct this problem. loads of us have tried it before when a new item is acting like this. people report it on forum and others join in saying they tried updates, clearing cache and restarting laptop etc. to no avail. many items that have done this and reported on here have been fixed by BVG. this is why i hate doing tickets because half the time they are answered by someone who clearly doesn't play the game and have no clue what we are trying to tell them

Yes it is never our cache and our computers needing updates and I reported that bench in 2016 and it still isn't working so I doubt they will fix any new issues. Upset about the bus stop doesn't work since it is yocash.

i can't believe they haven't fixed it yet! i don't own the bench but i just went to decor mode and could drag the purple and pink ones into my room but not the cyan one. how the heck has this not been fixed yet?? if they bothered to check things before releasing we would not have all these broken items in game or items im coming across with no damn theme code??

My Large haunted skull crystal SLOTS 2022 won't place in room. It in my inventory, but won't go into any room I've tried to place it in.

They fixed the Standable Cyan Neon Bus Stop NF2022 but not the "FREE Brown Cactus Bench CC2016". The bench has been broken for six years. They replaced it with "Brown Cactus Bench CC2016" on mine but not on my husband's account so the Free one is still not placeable.
