I have been trying to load the game, just keeps loading and loading....anyone else having problems today...and yes i did clear my cache'. .....

We have the same problem, I couldn't load the game properly, it kept saying disconnected to the server, I don't know how to fix this, I was trying to use different browsers and the desktop app itself and it doesn't work at all. I hope bvg will fix this issue asap, can't even enjoy the game because of this

It happens every time there is an update....I also try to go in different ways...and eventually I do get in but it takes foreevvvvvvvver! Experiencing it once again today after the update...

There was a general outage of the game last week which meant that for a while the game was offline. However this has since been resolved and things are working *almost* normally.

Good practice after an in game update is to clear your cache before logging back in. This will ensure you are accessing the latest game files data, in case there is a conflict with the older files in your cache.

I did everything u said, and now I've been waiting for 2 hrs and I still not haven't logged in yet and idk why, I might quit playing this game because of this issue, Im so upset right now cant even enjoy this game cause everytime I goto someone's event It say's disconnect from the server, I spent the limited time my parents given to me to access this computer
