Items I could sell in my inventory are now marked 'non refundable', and even those I cannot remove.
Also, I'm not being asked for my code.
I HAVE deleted cookies etc.

Hey Cathie, welcome to the forums :)
This issue has now been fixed. You should be able to sell back items in your inventory now.
