why game is not loading at all today. i use google chrome and already clean my cache and history still game is not loading

Welcome to the forums Ali.

If the game is not loading on Chrome could you try another browser and see if you are having the same problems with access.

my game isnt loading since yesterday too . i trie different browsers and even desktop it just doesnt load :wailing:

I have been trying to load the game for over an hour and it's still just sitting there. I have cleared the cache and restarted the browser and nothing is happening. :?:

Have you tried using another browser, or the Desktop App?
Is this something that has recently started happening for you?

HELP!!! My Daily Rewards has not loaded properly for at least a WHOLE MONTH! I am a MONTH BEHIND in receiving my Daily Rewards!
Can someone on the Customer Service team please assist me in correcting this problem?! :wailing:

That is very weird. Can you confirm that you are logging in via the Desktop App as that is the only way you will see the Daily rewards calendar. If you are logging in via the DTA please use the refresh button to clear the cache.

If you are still not getting the rewards calendar popping up then you will need to submit a ticket using the blue help tab above the game screen so that the Player Support Team can take a look and see what is happening.
