Game is so slow to load. Sometimes it won't load at all till I reopen. I should add, again. It has done this before. Please? Can you fix it?

Hey MAK, lagging problems with the game are known issues, if you are however experiencing more lag than usual or the game is behaving worse, please do use the help tab above the game screen and submit a ticket so that the Fix-It Vikings can investigate and determine whether this is something new. Thank you.
