Hi everyone. I am not sure what's happening but the new friends/Neighbour's I make are not showing u on my friends list, also in my Buddies list all my friends showing as ( x ) not face book friends. I guess it must be some sort of bug that prevents the normal list of friends. Can someone please help? Thank you.

The issue with the Facebook buddies is a known one. However new buddies not showing up is new.
Please can you try clearing your browser cache and if they still do not show up, after you have refreshed the game, you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can investigate.

Hi again. I did what you suggested but didn't help. Then I uninstalled Yo World and re-installed it again. That didn't help either. On my buddy list all the names have a little x next to their names like indicating they are not my face book friends. I have deleted some inactive people but the new friends I made in the meantime don't show in my buddies list. Also, when I am collecting gifts that people send me, some of them don't have a name. It just says, "has sent you a gift". I hope you undersand what I am talking about. Please somebody help. I would like to be able to sort things in my game to the way it used to be. Hey Nena, sorry to read that clearing your cache did not fix the issue of new buddies showing up.
The problem with Facebook friends and how they appear in game is a known issue and is tied with Facebook itself which means there is a little that the Vikings can do about that.

From what you describe the x by names is how we delete buddies from our list. That is not an indication that they are not your Facebook friends, as currently there is no way to distinguish your Facebook friends from in-game friends.

Have you tried accessing the game from another browser instead of the Desktop App to see if that makes a difference to new buddies showing up.?

In any event, you should definitely submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen, selecting contact us and then provide as much detail as you can into the issue you are having. The Player Support Team will then be able to investigate and work out the bug / glitch affecting your account.
