Why is this game refusing to accept balance money... from my recent activate pre-paid visa card? Then I had entered a NEW activated pre-paid visa gift card and it refused that too!! Why Why Why? What is the problem with this? Of course the piggy bank time will run out and I'm screwed out of trying to smash that too!

No I'm not. I've not had any issues in the past using pre-paid gift cards. I've tried Desktop and going in through Facebook. My new card is activated but gets declined. Are certain features being shut off or taken away when using old version of yoworld to force people to flip to new version? With all the reviews I'm seeing about the new version and tons of bugs happening randomly with people...Items in homes are gone/ inventory stuff gone/ can't get into rooms/ can't load in the game/ etc. etc. etc. Do I want to take the chance on deleting old to enter in to a new that isn't ironed out & has so many problems, just to lose 13 years of investments I've made in this game? I prefer not to!

Hey Jemea, I flagged up this issue when you made your first post, and I can confirm there has been no changes made to the payment methods on BVG's end on the Facebook platform.

So if you are on Facebook and still having issues with the acceptance of prepaid cards this would be an issue with Facebook and not BVG.

Please contact Facebook (Meta) support with regards to this as BVG has no control over the payment methods that Facebook processes and accepts on that platform.
