Ok so I was last active in November. Since then there has apparently been some changes with the login and now I can't access my account. I've typed my email address and they find my login but it keeps saying that my password is invalid? What do I do?

Hey Sandra, if you are trying to log in via the new YoCom site, that might be where the problem lies.

First log in via Facebook and access the game that way as you would have back in November. When you get into the game, go into your account settings (settings menu above the game screen) and check what email is listed under the support email section. If it is the email address you have access to, then fine, if not change that email address to an email of your choice. Then go to your email and confirm your address.

After confirming that, you can then go to yoworld.com and enter that email. You then have to create a NEW password as this will your login details for accessing the game via YoCom and not facebook.
