All of a sudden, when trying to list items for auction in AH AND when bidding on items, it's randomly asking for my lock code. And this is new, and completely random. I don't have the lock code set to ask everytime, I have it set to ask once when PURCHASING items from the stores. This is completely new and I haven't changed any settings. And sometimes it'll even freeze up when I put the lock code in. How am I supposed to be able to win any auctions if I don't know when it's going to ask or when it's going to freeze up. Is anyone else experiencing this?????? This just started today. (Yes I sent in a ticket) (Yes I've tried the desktop app and going thru fb)

I am having the same issue, randomly. I refreshed a few times and it stopped happening. It was very annoying.

Its affecting me also, but in the furniture store!
I put lock code in, buy something, go to buy the next item, lock code pops up again and then freezes the game & kicks me out!
In the space of 30 mins only able to buy 3 items thanks this new stupid glitch now
I have my settings to only ask once but it now pops up for every item then freezes on trying to purchase the 2nd item!
can only buy one item at a time then get kicked out.....frustrating!
A game is not supposed to be frustrating, its supposed to be relaxing & enjoyable!

oh god! its happening with trying to claim gem prizes now as well!

cant do anything without getting frozen by the lock code pop up request!
put the code in, it works with 1st item, then pops back up again with 2nd item & then freezes up the game page again & have to refresh!!
sent a ticket already but who knows how long it will take to fix! I'll probably get told to "clear my cache" as though its my fault that their game elements don't work properly! I clear my cache daily so that reply won't fix their bug in their system.
