Sorry, can't really find much info on the issue with the frames and thought I'd ask here. I remember the pictures disappearing from the frames years ago. Assumed that was that and never be able to use them again. Well, today, I was going through one of my old houses, and saw the frame with the picture intact! Yay me, right? Go to the store, buy a frame, and no go. Can't add a picture to it, and message pops up and says it is under maintenance. So my question, is there an ETA when they may be back up and working? Working on a room specifically dedicated to my late daughter and hoping this isn't permanent. Thanks all.

Hey SalteeChick, I don't believe we have a date/ time frame in regards to this feature. However you can enquire by submitting a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) and one of the Player Support Agents will be able to give you more details.

Frames not loading via app.
- Try loading game via facebook (not new standalone web-page or app links)... go to room and insert image.
* images already loaded; but not currently showing via app: should auto-reload via facebook and then be there again (for awhile) via app.
