Is anyone else having issues with not receiving yo cash pay for ? ive waited 12 days and no one seems to care that money has been taken from my accout but yo cash purchased were not received

I just bought YC and didnt recieve anything but they took my money from the bank.I sent in 2 tickets so far and nothing. Anyone feel like they've been cheated? Raises hand

Hi, yes I purchased 2 Stair Case Deals on July 27,2023, was charged and have yet to receive anything. I have sent at least 3 tickets to them and Nothing. There is So much going wrong lately, now the VIP Coins not be paid, and Do Not get me started on the Monthly Gifts. They are a Joke! It's sad when the Slot Prizes are worth Millions and our Monthlies are worth Little. It's a wonder they don't have a lot of VIP members lol I advised them often about this and still nothing. They really are taking the Fun out of Playing and Collecting items. Also Update the Free Gifts. Well that is my rant for now. So Frustrated.
