There are many times when I cannot collect my gift boxes in Gem contest, so I refresh until I can, but today twice now, I refreshed and the game wont load. Still trying to load it...I do not understand since Ive been in the game doing regular stuff, then all of a sudden it wont load. Really is aggravating.
