Can't get into the game at all for about a week now so can't submit ticket

I go in through Facebook on my browser. The two desktop apps don't work for me at all. Started a few days ago. I hope you will be able to get in through your browser. Lots of glitches lately.

I have had to play that way since Monday. I hope they fix things. I am having problems buying things also.
