I've been having an issue with yoworld for quite some time. I have submitted tickets in the past. My most recent ticket (submitted 10/20/23 and followed up after receiving no response on 10/30/23) has gone unanswered and I have to say I feel quite upset about it. I've played yoville, which turned into yoworld, since 2009---Put real money into this game as many others have, and I can't even get the courtesy of a try to solve an issue that I've been having for a couple of years now in regard to connectivity. Not being able to log on and stay on, being able to interact with yo-friends, being able to complete challenges w/o a refresh required (and still not complete them on refresh cause, lo-and-behold another refresh!). Every time I log on, I have to refresh moments later. I cannot complete simple tasks, that years ago I had absolutely no issue. I've sent screenshots of what's happening, I've explained in detail and nothing? I know I am not the only one having these issues. When will this become a concern to those who run this game??
