I didnt received my VIP coin and yocash for December. I sent in several tickets but haven't received an answer yet. The money came out of my account on 12/4 but have never received the yocash nor coins. It's really frustrating as I've missed buying limited Christmas items and then had to go purchase yocash for some of the items I was really interested in.

Also, when I signed on one day it told me that I received several items from YMCA 2023 Red Sparkly Dress, umbrella, heritage hat, etc..... and never received any of the items. I'm not a happy camper. It's been 11 days ago that I should have received the Yocash. It makes me wonder if I should just cancell VIP after reading all the other comments.

And here goes another weekend without the yocash..... Why at Christmas????
