Why after playing the game since 2013 it tells me to pick an avatar and an apartment? Not to mention the forums tells me I have been playing less than a week.

It doesn't appear Viking cares. They made a big deal of us downloading the offline app and it no longer is separate from Facebook. The last two gem items were pets that you cannot use. Cannot put into a room at all. They have not answered anyone here in months.
