And I'm not talking about the normal over the top refreshing we have all had to get used to....I'm talking every 2 mins or LESS (no exageration). Doesn't matter if I'm on the app or on FB. It has made the game UNPLAYABLE and has been going on since Monday. I can't be the only one, yet I don't see anyone else posting about this MAJOR PROBLEM...like I said, it has made the game virtually unplayable. I was hoping it would have been fixed by now, but alas it has not. sent in a ticket as a formality as we all know, they don't even read them anymore, no doubt. It has been one thing after another. I suggest BVG stop creating things AND FIX THE GAME. If this goes on any longer, I will not be able to enter the Gem Event, which will really tick me off.

I'm having the same problem. I wasn't even on for 3minutes when it kicked me off. I have a fear that one day we'll wake up to the game being completely gone because it feels that's how little they care about it.

WHEN is this CONSTANT REFRESHING going to END??? It is getting to the point of UNPLAYABLE! I'll just be finishing decorating, and the damn game "REFRESHS"!! Then, I have to start all over again! WTH is going on BV?? Many of us are playing a lot of money, and nothing seems to be done. If things continue, I will be canceling my VIP subscription. I have been playing this game for over 15 years! PLEASE DO SOMETHING! LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! IT'S ALWAYS "SILENCE" FROM YOU. :sad:

I have the same problem and it's particularly irritating when trying to complete the GEM contest. WTH? :dizzy:

Same here just as I started the challenge , I had to refresh. Refreshed and the moment I got back on it came up again.

I cannot even finish ONE ROOM before it needs refreshing - even partial!!!

It is constant and annoying as heck!

Hi, I was going through that a couple weeks ago. Thing were fine for a few days, back at it. It's very annoying, especially when trying to submit for a challenge. Today, I'm forever refreshing again. Can't access those video clips to watch. Am really getting annoyed with this game and I've been playing for over 15yrs now, actually when it first appeared. I buy Yocash and frustration in many aspects of this game is going to have me quit soon.
