I wish they would fix this game. I went 4 months without being able to play. I have missed so much collecting and never got compensated. I emailed them over and over and nothing. I did however get in for 1 week only and had to buy everything I missed out on. But I have tried 3 different browsers and still nothing. I get some message about challenges cloudfire or something like that. Never heard of it before. So do I just never play again or any suggestions?

Have you tried to load the game off your phone yet?

If you right click the game on your desktop "inspect" feature when it's stuck in loading, it should bring up a little menu, at prompt 105 it is auth key if I remember correctly, then at 107 is where it stays stuck in loading?

Please try both out and get back to me. I have a feeling it's your computer and not a BVG issue, so submitting a ticket wouldn't be a fixable solution. 4 months not working is a computer/facebook issue on your end, I'm going to guess. So please try to get on with your phone, it should work. Also let me know what prompt it times out at, I have a feeling it's 107 which is an auth key issue on your end most likely. It could be a variety of issues coming from your computer.

Do you know the specs of your computer? Gpu/cpu/ram etc.
