My problems are many. First I constantly freeze up. I have to constantly refresh. This happens probably up to 10 plus times a day. Number two: I have not had video's for over a month. Number 3: Half the time I can't go from room to room. Number 4: When decorating, I can't seem to pull anything out of my inventory to decorate. Number 5: I get completely stuck and can't even move around in room. What is happening with this game all of a sudden. I have cleaned my computer and cache. I have tried different browsers, nothing is working on my end. Could you please check into this so that I actually can enjoy this game again. I even have problems in changing my clothes on here. My whole game is got some major problems. I don't know what happened, once you fix them everything goes haywire again shortly after that. Just like when you fixed when giving gifts. I worked great after you fixed it but then the next time I went to gift someone something it didn't work again. That is another thing that isn't working again. I am also having problems loading the game. All I get is the Snake Server. It won't go any further.

This game is nearly unplayable at this point. Too many technical issues!!

Same. Game has been unplayable for me since Dec 3rd- not sure whats happened but since then as soon as I load access game I freeze within 20-30 seconds. Page goes unresponsive. Seems to be affecring only some players whatever it is going on.
