I didn't have any of these problems yesterday, so here it goes. I can't seem to go do my coin run. I have to repeatedly refresh just so I can go to one of my neighbors. I can't seen to decorate, I can't seem to do Gems to go to another area in game. Just doing the coin run is bad. I have cleaned my computer and cache, I have tried different browsers to see if it works, but it isn't me that has the problems. I think it is on your end. So could you please fix this so that I can get my coin run done and decorate and to do the Gems because that isn't getting done either. Thank you for reading and helping.

This is Saturday, Jan.4. I got into the game earlier, but now it will not load at all. Just keeps 'pretending' to load. This is the .com app. What is sad is a note was posted that the problems were "fixed". I don't call this "fixed".

Thanks for fixing it. I can get into Yo on fb and on the .com. Too late to make my gem house look like anything, but better late than never! Thanks.

i am sorry y'all are having issues - have you tried clearing cashe and rebooting? i do not have any issues getting into the game and was able to submit my gems successfully on the first try yesterday - should you continue to have issues, please submit an in game help ticket
