Apparently not! I can’t log in through fb or the desktop app. I’ve lost most of the 25 days of Christmas gifts etc.

You are right, they have and deserve holiday time off. However, this problem has been going on long before Christmas, we are paying customers and their first priority should be to fix the game before they lose players. I missed most of the gem contest and now can't get into the game at all.

This is Day 1 for me. Paying customers should have access to "Help" for times such as this. It keeps telling me that I've been disconnected from the server...repeatedly. Hmmm...

There are always moderators watching - there was an update yesterday to address stability.. if you are still having issues please submit an in game help ticket so that BVG can look at your specific issues - thank you

My game keeps freezing. It takes HOURS to do something that shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes. Those hours add up when you figure in having to reboot every 15-30 seconds. I'm beyond fed up with this.

BVG is unable to trouble shoot from forum posts.. as i stated in this thread, please submit an ingame help ticket so they can look at your specific issues - thanks
