Good morning,
For a few days now I keep on getting the server snake, and it keeps on saying "you have been disconnected try refreshing". Today it keeps on saying that, no matter which browser I use or even when trying to stream from Facebook, same thing. Today I can not seem to get in at all.
I can not even contact support.

Once again I got the server snake garbage. Thursday 1/2/2025 & 1005pm EST. Game worked fine earlier today which I should have known was an omen for tonight. Reported game however I could from the page I had because there was no speech bubble to open up & click on to get into the community board to report as requested. So much for this so-called fix.

there was a recent update to address this issue.. if you continue to have problems, please email BVG (if you are unable to submit an in game help ticket) at yoworld.bigvikinggames.com
