Not only am I having problems but this also concerns my husband Brian H. Today going into the game if you can even call it that. Once we both got in we both got stuck, couldn't go anywhere. We didn't see our Buddy List. We had to refresh repeatedly to see if we could make it back into the game. Which for both of us like 5 or 6 times before we got back in, once we got in we would try to visit our friends on a coin run and once we got there couldn't open the gift and got stuck again. So we had to refresh again and go back to the person we were doing the coin run, we finally could open the gift we would go back to our place and get stuck again. It was like that the whole time we were both in the game, but my husband was tired of all of it and finally quit trying because it was getting worse for him. For him it was back to saying it was loading but that is all it wanted to do is Load and Load and Load. Even giving gifts in here has been nuts, I have to click send gift at least 6 times before it gets sent to whom I am giving the gift too. We both have cleaned our computers and the cache. We both have tried different browsers and believe it or not it still doesn't take care of it. Could you please check into this for the both of us. It is really getting old trying to decorate and everything else on here. Because decorating is even harder to do when you have to refresh all the time. Hopefully you can fix this for both of us and many other people that are our friends are having the same problem. Thank you for reading and helping.

so sorry to hear you both are having issues... bvg is unable to trouble shoot from the forum so please could you both submit help tickets and include any screen shots that you can.. i know that you said you did several things to try to clear the issue from your end such as trying different browsers etc.. Have you rebooted your computers/ Not just a shut down but a reboot.. also include in the help ticket if you are playing on the yoworld app or through fb.. i hope this gets resolved for you asap
