This worked great yesterday and last night for myself and my husband Brian H. As soon as we signed on just a few minutes ago, as soon as we got on the game we got stuck. Didn't even move and couldn't do anything. Had to refresh just to try again, but every time we go in, we get stuck and can't move around the game at all. How is it that this keeps happening. We can get in the game with no problem and all of a sudden not two days later and we can't get in to save our lives. We both have cleaned our computers and cache, we have tried different browsers and still nothing seems to be working on our ends. Would like to try to decorate today and do coin runs and gems, but not going to be able to do any of that if we keep on getting stuck in the game when we first get in there, otherwise we will be stuck all the time and can't spend money in your game. Please check into this so that we can get into the game to play. Thank you for helping and reading.

so sorry to hear you are still having issues.. BVG cannot trouble shoot from the forum so please submit a help ticket, if you cannot you can email the team at [email protected] and include all the details and any screen shots that you are able to submit.
