Hello! In the past, after submitting a support ticket, I always received an auto replay email indicating that they had received my message and the ticket number. Does that no longer work like that? :?: :wailing:

I have a problem with the purchase of a deal; they debited my card but I didn't get the money or the item and I don't know what else to do.

sorry you are having issues, yes, you should get an auto response and later a response from the Viking working on your ticket - you could email the team at yoworld#bigvikinggames.com and let them know the issue as they cannot trouble shoot from the forum. hope it's resolved for you quickly
